Stephen Chang is an assistant professor of computer science at UMass Boston. Prior to joining UMass, he was a research scientist at Northeastern University. He also received his PhD from Northeastern in 2014, MS from Harvard in 2008, and BSE from Princeton in 2001. Stephen's research studies programming languages, with an emphasis on macros, type systems, metaprogramming, and DSL construction.
